9. Accounting and auditing

(1) The income and expenditure account of the committee shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The audit of the committee will be done by the Auditor General's department or the auditor appointed by that department.
(3) The Government of Nepal may examine or cause to be examined at any time the income-expenditure accounts, related documents and other cash and goods of the committee.
